With reference to my Confidential despatch

of the 12th October, 1933, on the subject of dredging

in the vicinity of the Hong Kong and Kowloon Wharf

and Godown Company's wharves and piers I have the

honour to confirm my telegram No.182, Confidential,

of the 31st October, 1933, reading as follows :-

My despatch of 12th October, Confidential,

Dredging paragraph 1 depth should read 34

feet instead of 34 feet 6 inches. Please

amend Bill of Quantities in Contract No.76.

Item 4 depth 34 feet instead of 34.5 feet

quantity 335,000 instead of 370,000.

Item 5 depth 34 feet instead of 34.5 feet

quantity 147,000 instead of 170,000.

In enclosed plans areas D and E should read

34 feet instead of 34 feet 6 inches.

Despatch follows. "

and to enclose a revised Bill of Quantities.

It is requested that the Crown Agents

may be instructed to substitute this for the Bill of

Quantities in the copies of Contract No.76 of 1933

enclosed with my despatch under reference.
